Blue Conservation often troubleshoots error codes over the phone, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible to emergency requests. Response times will vary depending on the nature of the malfunction, time of day (or night), and personnel availability, but we take pride in our customer service and satisfaction.

IMPORTANT: Blue Conservation does not recommend or advise that customers perform any repairs to the equipment beyond power-cycling and reading the display.
The sudden loss of hot water to your home or business may be a minor nuisance, but if you are already in the shower or operate a business that depends on hot water, the loss of hot water is an urgent concern. And it can be a costly one if your business or a portion of it must close, even if it’s just for a short while. That’s why we strongly recommend routine planned service. However, for those times when life doesn’t go according to plan, we also offer on-call service.

Below is a list of common error codes from the five most common manufacturers of tankless water heaters. It is not a comprehensive list. For a complete list of error codes, or codes specifically for your unit, refer to your equipment manual or check with the manufacturer.

Do not remove the cover from your system. This should only be done by a professional who has been certified by the manufacturer to conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
Do not remove the cover of any tankless unit without knowledge or training of the system and components within!
